В статье с привлечением рассекреченных источников из национального архива США и современной западной историографии анализируется тайная операция Управления стратегических служб США, направленная на торпедирование Тегеранской конференции 1943 г. и создание антисоветской коалиции с участием Германии без Гитлера. В качестве стимула к созданию такого антисоветского фронта фигурировала богатая ресурсами Украина, которую предполагалось передать под контроль Германии.
