Смешанные браки: историографический обзор вопроса о разводах в провинции Иудея времени Ездры и Неемии

В настоящей статье поднимается вопрос относительно толкований брачной реформы, предпринятой лидерами провинции Иудея Ездрой и Неемией в V веке до н. э. Отсутствие в русскоязычной литературе исследований на данную тему подвигли автора статьи представить историографический обзор имеющихся взглядов и дать краткий анализ генезиса развития этих идей в научном мире. Исследование источников не позволяет на данный момент говорить о полном понимании мотивов и причин для запрета на смешанные браки и достаточно сурового подхода к виновным в экзогамии. Очевидно, что такие методы в осуществлении реформ служили для утверждения самоидентификации в сложный период репатриации, однако существовали и более мягкие подходы. Автор статьи попытался проследить развитие взглядов ученых на эти реформы и представить основные подходы в решении проблемы.
