Политическая трансформация Нубии в IV–VI вв. по данным археологии

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются политические и социально-экономические преобразования в Нубии в IV–VI вв. на основе археологических данных. Проанализированы материалы культуры X-группы (погребальные памятники Балланы и Кустула, поселения постмероитского периода), свидетельствующие о трансформации структуры власти: появлении локальных элит, новых формах политической идентичности. Отдельное внимание уделено признакам социальной мобильности, хозяйственной перестройки и культурных контактов постмероитского периода. Политический ландшафт Нубии рассматривается сквозь призму концепции «контактной зоны» как пограничного пространства взаимодействия позднеантичных цивилизаций (Византия, Аксум) и местных обществ, где в условиях взаимовлияния формируются синтезные политические структуры. Археологические данные свидетельствуют о том, что Нубия в IV–VI вв. переживала не упадок, а переходный период, явившийся предпосылкой для формирования раннесредневековых нубийских царств.
