This article delves into the strategic communication model employed by the People's Republic of China (PRC) in Africa. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the various approaches utilized by China to bolster its influence across the African continent. This includes examining mechanisms of economic assistance, cultural initiatives, and diplomatic efforts that are part of China's broader strategy. The methodology of the study encompasses a historical analysis, a comparative examination of official documents, and an assessment of the impact of Chinese investments on African nations. By employing these methods, the research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how China's strategic communication efforts are designed to cultivate a favorable image and enhance political support among African countries on the international stage. The findings of this scholarly work reveal that the PRC effectively leverages strategic communication to create a positive perception of itself while expanding its political backing in Africa. This process is characterized by intentionality and a clear focus on long-term goals. The significance of this study lies in its contribution to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of China-Africa relations, their implications for global geopolitics, and the identification of potential challenges for Russia. In the current geopolitical landscape, both Russia and China view the African continent as increasingly vital to their strategic interests. The research underscores the importance of recognizing and responding to the evolving nature of international relations, particularly in light of China's growing presence and influence in Africa. Through this exploration, the article aims to shed light on the complexities of Sino-African interactions and their broader ramifications in the context of global power shifts.
